Mr. Haroon Malik founded the AM group in 1995, primarily for the manufacturing of POWER SYSTEM hardware. Later he explored and ventured into new fronts of manufacturing i.e. manufacturing of HT Steel Structures, LT Steel Structures, Steel Cross Arm, Electric Cables etc. Under his leadership, along with escalating its stature to the top manufacturer and supplier for the NATIONAL TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, the GROUP also founded
another company M/s MSD Capital Equities (Pvt.) Ltd., which is a Licensed Stock Brokerage Firm, established since Dec 2012.

Mr. Mueed Ahmed is a dynamic leader committed to innovation and operational excellence. He has played a key role in expanding business operations into the manufacturing of HT & LT Steel Structures, Steel Cross Arms, and Electric Cables, strengthening the organization’s position within the NATIONAL TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
